To make an appointment
- Click on Book button
- Choose a date and time
- Click on Book button
- Enter your personal details: name, surname, mobile number and email
- Confirm the booking
- Our team will receive a notification informing them of the appointment.
Conditions for Online Appointments
Terms and Conditions
- Customers are allowed to set up an appointment thirty (30) days in advance, but are not allowed to set up an online appointment in less than 24 hours prior to the preferred date for the appointment. In the event that an appointment for the following day is booked after 18h00, the booking will automatically be moved on by another day (48 hours), subject to the availability of time slots on that day.
- Should the customer be more than fifteen (15) minutes late for a scheduled appointment, a system notification will be sent to the customer informing him/ her that he/ she has not arrived for the appointment on time and that they must reschedule the appointment.
- User data collected via the Appointment booking service will not be used for any other purpose than for scheduling in-store appointments and in accordance with Broadlands Dental’s privacy policy. Broadlands Dental will store customer information for as long as it is legally required to. If there is no legal requirement, Broadlands Dental will only store the collected information for as long as it is needed.
- If Broadlands Dental is required by law to alter or cancel any aspect of the Appointment booking service or to terminate it for any reason whatsoever, it will have the right to terminate the Appointment booking service being offered, with immediate effect and without notice. In such event all participants hereby waive any rights which they may have against Broadlands Dental and its associated companies, agents and/or contractors.
